Booth Farms Payment Options

Payment Options for the Booth Farms Community Association.

CHECK BY MAIL

Statements of assessments due will be sent to all homeowners approximately 15 days before the due date.  Payments can be mailed back with the remittance stub.  Payments are Due on the 1st of the month, but are considered to be paid on time if payment is received in the management company office by the 30th of the month.  Any account that has a balance due as of the 30th of the month will be charged a late fee in accordance with the Collection Policy of the Association.

ACH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PROGRAM

Homeowners can also enroll in the ACH Automatic Payment Program.  This program is free of charge, and will deduct the Semi-Annual assessment from your checking or savings account automatically.  To enroll in the program, please complete the ACH APPLICATION FORM and fax/mail it to the management company for processing.  The deduction will occur on or shortly after the 5th of the month in January and July.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

A new payment option has been established that will allow you to pay your Semi-Annual HOA Assessments via a credit card through the PayPal Service.  A small service fee of $6.00 is added to the charge to cover the cost of the PayPal processing.  To pay your Semi-Annual assessment via credit card, please use the following button:

CHECK BY FAX

As a last alternative, you can also make a payment by completing the CHECK BY FAX authorization.  Complete the form, fax it along with a check to 888-697-8805, and your payment will be posted to your account.

We encourage all homeowners to pay their assessments timely.  Late fees can accumulate quickly. The Board is willing to work with homeowners who request payment plans, but your continued efforts are necessary to avoid further legal action by the Association to collect the amounts due.
